To enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication on Betano for Login and/or Withdrawals, follow these steps:
- Log into your Betano account.
- Click on your profile icon, located in the top right corner of the website.
- Then click on My Account.
- From the dropdown menu, select Profile→Login & Security.
Enabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Toggle the switch to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- You will be prompted to enter and verify your account password.
- Once enabled, you'll receive an OTP code to your registered phone number or to your registered email, each time you log in.
- You can also select the option "Voice Call" to receive your OTP code.
- Enter this code to complete the login.
Disabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Return to My Account→Login & Security→Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- Toggle the switch to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
Note: Enabling 2FA function adds an extra layer of security to your account, protecting it from unauthorized access. It's highly recommended to keep this feature enabled for enhanced account safety.
