Self-exclusion is active from the moment you set it and is valid for the selected time period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or permanently). You have the possibility to extend your self-exclusion period and/or to exclude more products, and this action has an immediate effect. It is not possible to decrease the self-exclusion period and/or decrease the number of excluded products. In case you have selected the permanent self-exclusion option, you must bear in mind that the account can no longer be opened and that to use the platform again you must register again once the one-year exclusion period has elapsed.
