When requesting a withdrawal, you may be required to verify your payment method, by providing a supporting document. Below are the necessary documents for verification, based on each payment method:
Debit/Credit Card:
A copy of the front side of your credit/debit card showing:
- the first 6 and the last 4 digits
- the expiration date,
- and the name of the cardholder
Please make sure to use physical means to cover the digits in between and not any graphic manipulation tools such as Paint, Photoshop, etc. In the case of a virtual card, you can send screenshots from the e-wallet account that was used on our page.
Bank Accounts:
Upload a bank book(PDF form is supported) or screenshot from app/web banking. The screenshot needs to show:
- your full name
- IBAN
- bank name or logo
- and site’s URL on the same page/image
Skrill Account:
Upload a screenshot from your Skrill account with visible:
- email address that was used to deposit (Statistics)
- all personal data (name, email, address, URL) from the "Settings" tab

when uploading your document in your account in Betano, please select "Skrill" from the drop-down menu
You can submit the requested documents via the Verification Process tab, which can be accessed by going to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
To ensure your documents meet our requirements, please make sure they are clearly captured, with all four corners visible, and not expired. You will receive a notification from the relevant department once verified.
