When it comes to setting any responsible gaming limits on your account, we provide several options to our members, found in My Account→Profile→Player Protection.
- Betting Time Limits allows you to set a maximum daily time limit for your account.
- Loss Limits allow you to fix a maximum credit loss amount per day/week/month.
- Deposit Limit allows you to fix a maximum deposit amount per day/week/month.
- Withdrawal Cancellation allows you to activate/deactivate the 'Withdrawal Request Cancellation' feature. Deactivating takes effect immediately, while activating the feature will take effect after 24 hours.
- Take a Break allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for 24 hours
- Self Exclusion allows you to exclude yourself for a timeframe of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or permanently. You can also opt for Self-Exclusion via ROFUS.
- Session Timer: The Session Timer feature will notify you when the selected period is reached during your session. You will have the option to sign out or stay signed in to your account. You can set the period to 1 hour.
Important: If you want to increase any of your limits, you will need to change them and your request will be processed after 24 hours. All limit reductions take effect immediately.
