Withdrawing funds using your debit or credit card is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal.
- Select the card(s) that you previously used to make a deposit.
Important Notes:
- Withdrawal Verification: You may be required to verify your withdrawal for security purposes. For details on card verification, visit My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
- After a withdrawal has been completed from our side, it might take up to 2 business days for funds to be reflected in your bank account, depending on the payment provider and the bank's processing times.
If you requested your withdrawal over a weekend or a public holiday, your bank may not finish processing the credit until the next working day.
